Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
- •Depart Nairobi early in the morning for your journey north through Nanyuki and the foothills of Mt. Kenya.
- •Upon arrival at Samburu, check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon head out for your first game drive.
- •Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in Samburu
- •Begin your day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active.
- •Enjoy opportunities to spot predators and observe animals along the Ewaso Nyiro River; return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation.
- •In the afternoon embark on another game drive or opt for a cultural visit to a Samburu village; dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Check-Out and Departure
After breakfast, check out from your lodge and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy the scenic drive through the highlands, arriving in the afternoon at your drop-off point.
